Is it really free?

Yes, right now. Enter your email and everything unlocks. We may charge for future, bigger versions — anything you download now stays yours.

Does it work in Naver Map?

Naver Map can't import files, so every place in the mobile list has a Naver Map button that opens the exact listing. Tap the star in Naver to save it. Naver is the best app for walking directions in Korea.

How do I get it into Google Maps?

Open Google My Maps on a computer, create a map, click Import and choose the KML (or CSV) file. The map then appears in the Google Maps app under Saved → Maps.

Are the pins exact?

Pins mark the landmark, street or market, which is what you need for planning. For exact entrances, opening hours and closures, tap Naver Map on the place — and check before you go.

How did you choose the restaurants and cafés?

We picked long-running favourites that foreign visitors consistently rate highly, plus places on the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand list (great food at modest prices). Nobody paid to be included. Restaurants change, so check opening hours in Naver Map before you go.

Does it cover places outside Seoul?

Yes — the 'Day trips & beyond' layer has the DMZ, Suwon, Nami Island, Everland, Jeonju, Seoraksan and Busan, each linked to our guide.
